If your charger PIN or password wasn’t provided by your homebuilder or has been misplaced, we can send it to you via email after verifying your address.
Email plugmein@fulltothebrim.com with the subject “PIN and Password.”

Security Alert notifications appear when the charger’s tamper switch is triggered, usually indicating the cover may not be fully closed.
A solid yellow charger light confirms this status.
If you’re sure the cover is properly closed, the tamper switch may have bent slightly during installation — this won’t affect the functionality of the charger.
To stop these alerts, go to Profile → Notification Settings and toggle off Security Alert notifications.
Each home charger can only be paired with one account, but multiple users can log into the same account to share access — ideal for households.
Public chargers are open to everyone and operate on a pay-as-you-go basis for the energy used.
Yes, you can — as long as the chargers aren’t already paired with another account.
To add another one, go to the Chargers tab and tap the addition button, then follow the same setup steps as before.
Go to your Profile from the navigation bar and tap Notification Settings.
From there, you can turn notifications on or off based on your preferences.
All charging sessions and usage history can be viewed in the app on the “Home” page. Select the “Usage” tab to view charging usage.
Alternatively you can view recent transactions in the Brim Wallet, if you've used a public charger.
Community Charging:
When using Community Charging, a transaction breakdown will be sent via email once the charging session has ended.
In the Home tab, tap 'Schedule' to set when your charger should start and stop charging.
You can choose a recurring schedule (for example, the same time every night) or a one-off schedule for a single session.
Keep your car plugged in, and it will automatically charge during your selected times.
NOTE: When you add a charger to your account, a default schedule is created automatically. Review this schedule and deactivate, or delete it as needed to make sure your charger follows your preferred settings.
In the Chargers tab (⚡), open the charger’s Settings and tap the delete button at the bottom right of the screen.
